I was over charged! I was charged $100 deposit that I didn't get back when the room was left clean. They considered my wet towels "damaged' i don't recommend this place to anyone! They make up their own rules & should be shut down!!

I have never seen a motel with so many gross stains all around the room. The towels, the bed sheets, the pillow case, they all look worn out with yellow stains. Just go to Days Inns next door. Stay away…

Is the office. Room 224 is beat up maybe it’s racial discrimination because we are Hispanic. The only good thing here is the price so I guess you get what you pay for. At least there are no roaches.

I booked a room for about 2 weeks and spent about 600$-700$ on the room and the room was nasty. All the other rooms looked remodeled and really nice. Here are some pictures I took of the room.

Bad area looked like zombie land ! Room was clean. But nothing special, there was a super crazy lady digging through the dumpster. The front desk clerk was the rudest ,pushy and most unpleasant person I’ve ever rented a room from. The WiFi was no good . I left early and decided I’d call to have them put the deposit back on my card in which they said it would be the next day but when I called they said I would have to come in and get it in cash but I live far away so now it is getting put back on my card but I have to wait 7 to 10 days. I don’t recommend this place to anyone bringing children or anyone in the right mind for that matter. This place sucks!

Bad service, unsanitary room, roaches in the room, no cold water in the bathroom and no warm water in the sink, hard takes forever to connect Internet, they charge for one night when asking for refund and haven't stayed even an hour, make it hard to get refund. And if you don't get refund they try to kick you out no matter what just for asking to fix the problems.

Unfortunately, after booking the room, they had no accessible rooms for my handicapped mother. When we got there, the people at the front office were very nice and had no problem refunding my money. The place looks clean, not the best area Necessarily, it is in the heart of Riverside. But the property was clean and the people were great.

this place was horrible , all the staff was extremely rude . banged on our door and was demanding us to open it just because we were 2 min past checkout . they all work super unprofessional. the guy threw my id at me and hesitated to give deposit he was yelling at me for no reason being rude he had no shoes. no manners. room was super dirty and uncomfortable . shower was nasty. do not recommend!
